Lydia is a solicitor within our Court of Protection Team and Inquest Teams. Lydia has extensive experience of acting in health and welfare matters before the Court of Protection, having spent 6 years within an adult social care team at a local authority. Lydia has extensive experience of Court of Protection applications brought under section 21A and 16 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005. She manages her own caseload and has a wide range of clients. Lydia accepts instructions from a variety of clients including advocates, family members and the Official Solicitor. In her spare time, Lydia is heavily involved in a local netball organisation.
