Our approach.
We are experts in our field. We have a team of highly skilled lawyers available to provide you with the best quality advice and representation.
Our service, though, is about more than simply having the necessary expertise. It is just as much about commitment. What unites our team of mental health lawyers above all else is a commitment to protecting the rights of the vulnerable and the disadvantaged, and a commitment to providing the best quality service for every single client.
The areas we cover.
We are based in Taunton, Somerset, so most of our work is in the South West region. Typically, therefore, we provide advice to patients and clients in Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon, Cornwall and Dorset. However, our reputation for expertise means that we receive instructions to act from clients all over the country, and we will be happy to assist wherever you are based.
Eligibility for funding.
Most of our clients are eligible for legal aid, but we also provide a service for privately paying clients too. For full details of funding and whether you will be eligible for legal aid, please click here.
